Description

The magnetic clod separator high performance 5cx-5 is to separate lumps and grains. When material is placed in a closed area with a strong magnetic field, they will form a stable parabolic motion. Due to the different attraction force of the magnetic field, the lumps and grains are separated.

Principle of operation

The material is fed to lift the hopper, through the elevator, tee fitting in the grain tank, and then is uniformly distributed on treadmill via bulk grain.
Under the action of the conveyor belt, the material passing through two magnet filtered rows and magnetic roller (remove impurities from ferromagnetic iron to prevent these impurities affected the magnetic roller damage the treadmill), the scattered materials form a paraboloid after horizontal shot.
